Before changing careers, Rick served as an assistant basketball coach at the University of Florida and then served as a general manager/head coach of a developmental league to the NBA.

In addition to her duties as CFO, Wendy also handles all customer service and retention matters. She has always been involved in education and holds a master’s degree from Lee University in psychology/counseling. She was an instructor at Wabash Valley Community College as well as Lee University, where she taught from 2002 to 2008.
Granger Hughes began his career in 2009, after becoming a licensed insurance agent. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Lee University. Michael is the son in law of Rick and Wendy. He married their daughter Lindsey in May 2018. He grew up in Ringgold, GA, and attended Georgia Northwestern Technical College. He has a background in Emergency Medicine and enjoys helping others.
